Kristine Balta

Kristine Balta has been expressing herself creatively as long as she can remember. She received her bachelor in architecture from Riga Technical University in June 2015. She works in her own freelance business in the field of architecture and design. During her third year of the undergraduate studies she had the opportunity go in Erasmus program in Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. The year abroad not only added Spanish to her CV but also gave her the chance to travel, observe and develop her passion for writing, drawing and photography. The following year, back in Latvia, she started working for a local architecture office while writing her dissertation in the field of digital architecture. Shortly after that she went solo-travelling, she hitch-hiked around Iberian Peninsula and fell in love with Portugal that finally made her return there for good.
